Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Alexandar Tsvetkov issued an order for establishing the terms and conditions for the allocation and monitoring on the use and the reporting of multilateral and multi ECMT / CEMT permits for international carriage of goods by road.

The order together with its annexes has been published on the website of the Executive Agency Automobile Administration.
