"5G operates at 100 times the speed, at least 1 million devices per square kilometer can be connected, there is almost no delay in data transmission speed," the minister said during a presentation organized by Vivacom.

The purpose of the Council of Ministers decision is creating prerequisites for better conditions for distribution and sale of printed periodicals across the territory of the country. In this way, the existing competition on the market will be improved by the participation of a state-owned company holding an individual universal postal operator license. The state provides publishers the opportunity for access to the end user under pre-announced, clear and precise conditions for each of them.

Prince Alexei Lobanov – Rostovsky is the one who signed the Treaty on behalf of Russia.
