The inspectors of the Executive Agency “Automobile Administration” suspended the registrations of 31 vehicles for unregulated transportation of passengers for fee in the region of Varna and Burgas.
The campaign is carried out jointly with the authorities of the Ministry of Interior and the National Revenue Agency. The teams inspect companies that organize tours with off-road vehicles.
Up to now, in Burgas, the teams have drafted 24 acts for unregulated transportation of passengers without the necessary documentation for this service, and in the district of Varna – 7. According to the Road Transport Act the sanction for this violation is BGN 2 000 as well as suspension the registration of the vehicle for a period of 6 months. The inspections for illegal transportation continue along the Black Sea coast.
